Home Blood Test Kits
We are committed to providing high-quality home blood test kits and excellent customer service.
Refund Before Use
A refund request may be accepted if:
- The test kit has not been opened.
- The kit has not been used.
- The request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product is returned in its original condition.
Non-Refundable Products
Due to health, safety, and hygiene requirements, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened test kits.
- Used test kits.
- Kits where a blood sample has been collected.
- Products that cannot be safely resold.
Damaged or Faulty Kits
If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and may offer:
- A replacement kit, or
- Another appropriate solution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once a kit has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible due to health and safety requirements.
