Description
Centromere antibodies are autoantibodies and occur primarily in patients with the (CREST) syndrome variant of systemic sclerosis (scleroderma): calcinosis, Raynaud phenomenon, esophageal dysfunction, sclerodactyly, and telangiectasis.
