Description

Coeliac disease is an autoimmune disorder affecting primarily the small intestine that occurs in people who are genetically predisposed and is caused by a reaction to gluten.

Celiac disease is associated with a variety of autoantibodies, including endomysial, tissue transglutaminase (tTG), and gliadin antibodies. Test is used for diagnosis of celiac disease.
